Event Overview & Agenda
1. What is Joyscape 2025?
It is Google OneBLR’s year-end bash, featuring celebrities, internal talent, fun zones, food, and a celebration like no other.
2. What is the timeline for the day?
The event is from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Here’s the schedule:
- 11:00 AM: Event start, fun activities open
- 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Lunch
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Headliners & DJ
3. Who can attend? Can I bring a +1 or family?
No. This event is exclusively for BLR Googlers, interns & apprentices. No TVCs, friends, or family members are permitted.
Registration & Entry
4. Is registration mandatory?
Yes. It is mandatory for entry and for planning food and logistics.
Deadline: December 3rd, 2025.
5. What do I need to carry for entry?
You must carry:
- Your Google ID card
- Your registration confirmation email
6. Is re-entry allowed?
No. Re-entry is strictly not allowed. You will receive a registration band at entry—keep it on until you exit.
7. Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, but please avoid carrying valuables.
Transport & Logistics
8. Is transport provided?
Yes. Transportation from your home will be provided based on your login time in the MoveInSync app. Shuttle services will also operate from all offices.

9. Is there parking available at the venue?
Parking details will be updated on the microsite closer to the event. Due to limited space, Google-arranged transport is highly encouraged.
10. Will I get a cab if I have to leave early from the venue?
Details on early cab availability will be shared on the microsite.
Food, Drink & Vibe
11. What is the dress code?
Dress Code: Joy Pop Chic – a black outfit with one bold pop of colour (red, yellow, blue or green).
12. What about food and dietary restrictions?
Lunch and high-tea will be served. Catering is handled by Sheraton Whitefield. You can specify dietary restrictions (veg, vegan, allergies) in the RSVP form.
13. Will alcohol be served?
Yes—limited Beer & Wine.
Limit: 2 coupons per person.
Legal drinking age of 21+ will be strictly followed.
Communications & Support
14. Whom should I inform if I plan to attend?
Please inform your manager and any extended teams (especially if they are outside Bangalore) so your work is planned accordingly.
15. Where will I receive updates?
All updates will be available on the Microsite and sent via email to registered attendees. Weekly updates will also appear in the OneBLR Newsletter (Tuesdays).

17. What conduct is expected?
This is a work-related event. Please follow Google’s Code of Conduct and all instructions from the event and security (GSRS) staff.
Important: Alcohol Policy & Entry Process alcohol use, smoking and drugs
To ensure a safe and compliant event for everyone, we will be strictly enforcing the following alcohol policy and entry process. Please read carefully to avoid any inconvenience at the venue.
1. Mandatory Age Verification at Entry
Every attendee must present a Government-issued ID (Aadhar Card) at the registration desk.
Security teams will verify your age against the legal drinking age for the state for Googlers who have declared on the RSVP form of being under the legal age .
2. Wrist-banding Process
Based on the age verification, you will be issued a specific wristband upon entry:
Standard Band: For attendees above the legal drinking age (eligible for alcohol).
Underage Band: For attendees below the legal drinking age (not eligible for alcohol).
3. Zero Tolerance Policy
No Sharing: Sharing alcohol coupons with attendees who are underage is strictly prohibited.
No Underage Consumption: Attendees with "Underage Bands" found consuming alcohol will be in direct violation of our event policy.
Consequences: Any breach of these policies—either by providing alcohol to a minor or by a minor consuming alcohol—will be treated as a serious misconduct and will invite severe disciplinary action in accordance with Google's company policies. This will be treated like a company event. All aspects of Google

alcohol use, smoking and drugs apply to the year end event.

Strict Protocols: Registration & Guests
Mandatory Registration & No Walk-ins
Due to venue capacity and security protocols, spot entries or walk-ins are NOT permitted.
- Venue Entry: Walk-ins will be denied entry immediately.
- Transport: Unregistered attendees denied entry are responsible for arranging their own return transportation.
- Shuttles: Unregistered colleagues must not board event shuttles.
No External Guests
This event is exclusively for Googlers, apprentices, and interns based in BLR.
Family members, friends, neighbours, and other guests are NOT permitted. External guests will be denied entry immediately.
